We recently stayed at Premier Inn at Elgin. I found all the staff very friendly & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble! The rooms were very clean & the beds were ever so comfy! Would definitely recommend this hotel again.
I stayed here after attending a concert in the nearby Elgin Town hall, which is in walking distance but bus go by regular||Bedroom was of Premier in standard, clean and helpful , breakfast in the brewars fayre was fantastic.||Will stay again If in the area, and if you need a accommodation for Elgin this is in budget and comfortable

Arrived at 1440 to be informed that if we wanted to check in before 3pm then we would have to pay another £10, thought this was ridiculous for a matter of 20 minutes especially after a 3 hour drive. Rooms were your usual premier inn rooms …
No hot water. When i reported it I was told" nothing we can do about it" ???? In the middle of winter...this is a poor response. Hot water was restored to my room with in 2 hours. If the inital responce to my complaint was more informative like" we are working on it" I would not have posted a negative review on the matter. Hot water issue is resolved thank you
